Together, Jason and Tony bring decades of leadership experience earned across large organisations, growing businesses, family-owned enterprises and purpose-driven organisations. We've built businesses from the ground up, led large teams, developed leaders and guided organisations through growth, transformation, succession and change. Every conversation is shaped by practical experience—not theory.

Our advice isn't built on theory. It's shaped by decades of leading businesses, building teams, navigating change and living with the outcomes of our own decisions.
Jason's leadership spans large multi-site retail operations, national strategy and workforce development — including roles across Coles and Bunnings, co-founding a personal training business and CrossFit gym, and serving as Co-CEO of not-for-profit TIACS. He is currently National Project Lead for National Apprenticeship Week Australia.
That experience runs from store manager through to national strategy and development — building businesses from the ground up, leading health, safety and wellbeing at a national level, and developing the leadership teams behind it all.
Tony's leadership runs through Kmart, Hardware House and Bunnings — from store manager through to state manager and national operations support. But his impact reached well beyond operations: reviewing and supporting the wider business to make initiatives work — simpler and faster — for both team members and customers.
His experience spans culture reviews, operating model improvement and helping strategy translate into consistent execution at scale. Tony wasn't simply leading stores — he was helping shape how one of Australia's largest retailers operated.
